Our Core Values are some things that God has put inside of our hearts about ministry, how we must do ministry, our slant or flavor.  Our core values will always be our core values, they will not change as  our vision or methods might.

1) Christ Life Church values the success of each individual person.
We believe God has called us to minister to the individual as well as the masses.  We value the success of each person in every area of life and are committed to discipling each believer on their level to obtain and enjoy a fulfilling life we describe as the "Christ Life". The "Christ Life" is a Spirit-Filled life lived as “us in Christ” and “Christ in us”.  The individual should live as Christ in character, morals, thought, motives and ministry.
 
2) Christ Life Church values ministering by the Love of the Father, the Grace of Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit.
We take direction from God and are obedient to His will.
 
3) Christ Life Church values ministry that touches the lives of people in a personal, relevant way.
We believe ministry touches the lives of people in the church and world and should be relevant to their felt and unfelt needs.  Ministry should be Biblical and exemplify the Love of the Father, the Grace of Jesus and the Power of the Holy Spirit. We believe the love and power of God is not just something to talk about only, but also to show and demonstrate to those that Christ loved.
 
We believe we must love those that Jesus loved regardless if those come to a saving relationship with Jesus Christ.
 
4) Christ Life Church values worship as an interactive event and lifestyle relationship that brings glory to God and edification to the worshiper.
We believe worship should be glorifying, respectful, honoring, adoring, loving and celebrative toward God.  We believe worship should be edifying, strengthening, joyful, celebrative and fulfilling to man and should engage the heart, soul and body.
 
5) Christ Life Church values winning the lost and making disciples.
We value evangelism that is relational, yet bold as a process and event.
We believe that the goodness of the Lord leads men to repentance(His goodness draws us and by His goodness He offers us salvation).  We believe that winning the lost to Christ is the responsibility of all Christians and that all can take part and responsibility in one way or another.  We love the lost and want them to be a disciple, not a convert only.  We believe we should win them and draw them in, not conquer them.
 
6) Christ Life Church values interactive fellowship that strengthens the believer.
Fellowship is about sharing in each other’s lives socially and ministerialy.  Fellowship should be fun and enjoyable on a social level, but should also minister to the individual on a soul and spirit level.  In Fellowship we share in each other’s lives, bare one another’s burdens, we rejoice when they rejoice and mourn when they mourn.

7) Christ Life Church values the success and ministry of families.
We believe in ministering to families as a whole, and collectively (not always segregated). The home should be the primary force of spiritual growth and relation, the church should support and promote that.
 
8) Christ Life Church values enabling every member to discover and develop their ministry.
We value the unique gifts, talents and personality of each individual.  We believe God has created each person differently for a reason and purpose and each has a place in the Body of Christ and it is the church’s privilege and responsibility to help each person find and prepare for their God given place.  We value youth and children These people are not the church of tomorrow, but today.  They are as valid and important as adults.
 
9) Christ Life Church values an outlook and attitude of faith, optimism and expectancy.
The "Just" live by faith, not only saved by faith.  God has a good plan for us and we expectantly anticipate His blessings and purpose for us to come to pass.
